Peter joined the firm in 2017 and was named a partner in 2023. He focuses his practice on land and property rights including land use, zoning, property dispute, construction, housing, and commercial landlord tenant relations.  In addition, Peter advises individuals and businesses in employment matters and regularly appears before the Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination (MCAD). He is also an experienced Federal Court practitioner where he represents individual and corporate clients in various litigation matters.  A trained mediator and experienced litigator, Peter is committed to assisting clients in resolving legal disputes as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Peter grew up in Westfield, MA, where he graduated from Westfield High School. After attending college at Fordham University, he worked at the Legal Aid Society of New York City for 13 years as a pre-sentencing mitigation specialist and investigator in the Criminal Defense Practice. In 2008, Peter earned his degree from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York in 2009.  He began practicing in the areas of consumer protection, civil rights, and bankruptcy in New York City. Peter returned to Western Massachusetts in 2014, establishing a solo practice in Northampton where he represented individuals, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurs in obtaining justice and financial stability through litigation, negotiation, and effective counsel.  Peter is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and Massachusetts.
